In 1985, we began as exclusive agents in Syria for the English company NICOBOND in the field of selling and implementing insulation works. Most of the work was insulating water tanks and swimming pools with special cement insulators and for surfaces with acrylic paints. In 1990, the exclusive agency in Syria was contracted with the Swiss company VANDEX, which specializes in the work of passive and active insulation for all water facilities. The required work expanded, and the inevitable result of this was the establishment of a technical staff and specialized workshops for us.
In 1992, the Saudi company CMCI was contracted to represent it as distributors in Syria, which specializes in specialized construction materials such as epoxy coatings - expansion joints - industrial flooring - stone facade insulation. In 1998, the equivalent of 500,000 m. In 1995, the import of asphalt chips was allowed, and a contract was made with the Saudi company DERMABIT to represent it in Syria.
Of the total imported materials, 65% of them were implemented by the company (30% in the public sector and 35% in the private sector). In return, our technical staff was developed to include 4 sales engineers, 3 technical engineers with a highly experienced implementation level, and 25 workers. . In 1997, as a result of the increase in the company's passive insulation work, a contract was made to represent the Belgian company De-Neef, which specializes in passive insulation work for submerged facilities by injecting rigid and flexible polyurethane materials.
In 1998, as a result of the increasing demand for insulation materials and asphalt chips in particular, and the availability of asphalt with good specifications in Syria. To encourage Syrian industry and the facilities granted by the Syrian government, the following were created:

Under Industrial License No. (1), a factory was purchased to manufacture asphalt chips in Syria with a production capacity of 3,000,000 m2 per year of modified asphalt chips with APP and SBS materials, and the production of asphalt coatings with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year and within the latest international specifications. The construction of the factory began on an area of approximately 20,000 m2. Since its establishment, the company has contracted with the largest and best international laboratories in Belgium, ALPHAMINE, which specializes in the technology and development of the asphalt insulation materials industry, so that the production and development of the company is under its supervision, as it periodically monitors the factory, production and product quality
In 2000, the production of various types of asphalt chips and asphalt coatings (water and oil) as well as asphalt expansion joint pastes was started in the factory. The company's production was around 145,000 m3 in 2000. Production developed and the scope of business expanded to reach 2,000,000 m3 in 2005. In 2004, 2005 and until 2009, the company exported its products to Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco and Cyprus, where the exported quantity reached around 5,000,000 m3.
In 2001, the UAE company POLYBIT was contracted under a license from the German company HENKEL to represent it in Syria (sale and implementation) for all its various materials such as asphalt chips - acrylic cement insulation and negative insulation - expansion joints - industrial flooring materials - polyurethane coatings - reinforcement materials - injection materials - concrete floors - and epoxies, etc. In 2006, the company began implementing sports field floors (artificial grass), and a contract was signed with the Turkish company Pe-Ba to represent it in international stadiums, the most important of which are the training fields in the sports city in Al-Laiqiya No. 2 and the Al-Talae School Stadium

In 2007, as a result of the success and expansion of the company, the company added a new line to its products, which is the production of protection rolls, insulation works and drainage for water drainage ISODRAIN made of high density polyethylene (HDP) in order to achieve an integrated insulation system.
In 2008, a contract was signed with the Egyptian Swiss Company for the manufacture of chemicals and plasticizers (SWISS CHEM) to manufacture and sell concrete additives in Syria under the supervision and privilege of the Egyptian company (SWISS CHEM). The company's sales of plasticizers to date have reached 4,000,000 liters.
In 2008, a new production line was added to manufacture thermal insulation panels from extruded polystyrene (XPS) under the name ISOMATE, which is the first factory in Syria to meet the needs of the Syrian market and neighboring countries for thermal insulation materials, with a production capacity of 55,000 m2 annually for all thicknesses and lengths. Also in 2008 the company started developing its business in the field of sports floors where it contracted with the Swiss company CONICA and the Greek company POLATH to represent them in Syria in implementing sports fields of all types (indoor and outdoor) and tennis courts. A specialized cadre was trained for this work at the companies including several experienced engineers. In 2009 a new production line was added to produce EPS heat-insulating stereo material in all its forms (panels and blocks) and its measurements and all the densities required in the local market and neighboring countries with a production capacity of 80,000 m2 annually. Sinjab Insulation Company is still developing its business and products by searching for the latest products and technologies in the field of insulation and protection of facilities and representing several international companies in Syria to sell and implement their products such as H.D.P.E and EPDM sheets and polyurethane coatings
